Alban CAT, the Caterpillar dealer for the mid-Atlantic Region is accepting applications for an Inside Sales Supervisor for our Elkridge branch.
You must have prior success leading a small to medium inside sales force, generating significant increases in revenue from new and existing business in a competitive market. You are an exceptional sales coach, hold salespeople accountable to agreed-upon goals and metrics, motivate effectively and have a track record of successful sales selection and management of KPI's and pipelines. You are a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, sell value instead of price and are able to work independently within a team environment. You must have a minimum of 5 years of sales or telemarketing experience and 2 years of supervisory experience.
You are data-savvy, accountable, driven, ethical, hard-working, personable, rejection proof, self-managed, and have a strong sense of urgency. You are adaptable, unafraid of new technology, goal-oriented, organized, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. You listen and question with ease, provide regular feedback, confront issues without being confrontational, and have strong closing skills.
Experience with major construction equipment, rentals, manufacturing, technology, government, marine, premium products, value selling, consultative selling, or solution selling helpful, but not required.
