Alban CAT, the Caterpillar dealer for the mid-Atlantic Region is accepting applications for a Sales Coordinator for our Pulaski branch.
The Sales Coordinator, New & Used Machines provides Administrative and Operational support to the Sales team by processing and placing Sales orders, coordinating deliveries and maintaining Sales systems. Processes Service Work Orders for all facilities, advising of Parts to be added, Service to be performed and expected delivery date. Prioritizes emails received from Transportation vendors, prepares Transportation reports and distributes to appropriate personnel. Works with Branch Coordinator and Sales Team with expediting new machines to customers. Dispatches and tracks loaned equipment. Prepares pre-ship tickets for machines used for special events and dealer transfers, ensuring all approvals are received. Reviews daily exception report, researches old pre-ship tickets and resolves issues as needed. Performs various other duties as assigned.
Must have a minimum of two years of experience in an Administrative or Executive Assistant position. Previous Sales industry experience preferred. Must be proficient with MS Office applications. Must have excellent verbal, written and customer service skills.
